Terms of Service

1. About the service

Sanfausone is an online media-processing service operated by the Held & Bell Apps Team from the Philippines. It provides temporary video looping, subtitle, localized-subtitle, karaoke, and related rendering services.

No user account is required for the standard service. A private job link or QR code acts as the recovery key for a submitted job. Anyone who has that link may be able to view its status or retrieve its available output, so you must keep it private.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority where you live, and capable of entering a binding agreement. If you use the service for an organization, you confirm that you are authorized to bind it.

3. Your files and permissions

You retain ownership of the files, lyrics, dialogue, images, music, and other material you submit. You grant us a limited, temporary license to copy, analyze, transform, render, and transmit that material only as needed to provide the requested service, secure it, troubleshoot failures, and comply with law.

You confirm that you own the submitted material or have all permissions needed to process it. You must not submit:

• content that infringes copyright, privacy, publicity, trademark, or other rights;
• illegal, exploitative, abusive, deceptive, or malicious material;
• malware or files intended to compromise the service;
• content you are not authorized to translate, modify, separate, subtitle, or redistribute.

We may reject or stop a job when we reasonably believe it violates these terms or applicable law.

4. Orders, prices, and payment

The price and billable duration shown before checkout form part of your order. Taxes and the final payable amount are shown during checkout. Paddle acts as merchant of record for paid online orders and processes payment information, receipts, applicable taxes, refunds, and chargebacks under its own buyer terms and privacy practices.

Cloud processing and upload access begin only after payment is verified or a valid Sanfausone promotional credit is accepted. Promotional codes have no cash value, cannot be resold, and may be limited by use count, expiry, device, campaign, or service type.

5. Temporary delivery and retention

Standard source files and rendered outputs are temporary and are normally scheduled for deletion within 24 hours. A failed-job status and its recovery promotion may remain available longer, but the original media may already have been deleted. You are responsible for downloading completed files promptly and keeping your private link or QR code.

Clearing browser site data may remove locally stored shortcuts to recent jobs. We do not promise to reconstruct a lost private job link.

6. Processing results

Automatic transcription, translation, lyric alignment, vocal separation, looping, resizing, and encoding may contain errors or vary according to source quality. You are responsible for reviewing the output before publishing or relying on it.

Estimated completion times are estimates, not guarantees. Availability depends on processing capacity, network access, third-party services, and the condition and format of the submitted media.

7. Failed jobs

If processing cannot be completed, the private job page may issue one unused, single-use promotional code for another render at no additional charge. This automatic retry credit is not the exclusive remedy where consumer law requires a refund or another remedy. See our Refund Policy.

8. Acceptable use and service protection

You may not probe, overload, reverse engineer, bypass payment or usage controls, automate abusive requests, interfere with other jobs, misuse private links, or attempt unauthorized access to infrastructure or media. We may rate-limit, suspend, reject, or investigate activity needed to protect customers and the service.

9. Disclaimer and limitation

To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as available.” We do not warrant uninterrupted availability, perfect transcription or translation, complete vocal removal, or fitness for a particular publishing platform.

To the extent permitted by law, Sanfausone and its operator will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages, loss caused by an expired or misplaced recovery link, or a platform’s rejection of an output. Our aggregate liability for a particular paid order will not exceed the amount paid for that order. Nothing here excludes liability or consumer remedies that cannot legally be excluded.

10. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms as the service changes. The effective date above identifies the current version. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Philippines, without limiting mandatory protections that apply in your place of residence. Before starting formal proceedings, please contact us so we can try to resolve the matter.
